Terms and Conditions (T&C) for the Use of the Mallorca Discount Card
1. Scope These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the Mallorca Discount Card (hereinafter referred to as "Card"), which grants cardholders discounts at participating businesses in Mallorca. By purchasing and using the Card, the cardholder agrees to these T&C.
2. Acquisition of the Card The Card can be purchased for a protection fee of €10.00 via the official website or at an authorized shop. The protection fee is a one-time payment and non-refundable.
3. Use of the Card (1) The Card entitles the holder to claim discounts and special offers at participating businesses in Mallorca. (2) The Card is personalized and non-transferable. (3) Participating businesses are entitled to request an official photo ID in addition to the Card for identity verification.
4. Validity and Misuse (1) The Card is valid for the duration stated on the Card. (2) Any misuse, particularly transferring the Card to third parties, may result in its confiscation without reimbursement. (3) In the event of loss or theft, the cardholder is required to contact support immediately.
5. Disclaimer of Liability (1) The Card provider assumes no liability for the availability or quality of the services offered by participating businesses. (2) Price changes and service adjustments by participating businesses are beyond the control of the Card provider. (3) The provider is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or non-use of the Card.
6. Inquiries and Disputes All inquiries or disputes related to the Card must be resolved through the official support of the provider. Direct resolution with participating businesses is not possible.
7. Applicable Law These T&C are governed by British law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these T&C is, to the extent legally permissible, the United Kingdom.
8. Final Provisions (1) Should any provision of these T&C be invalid or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. (2) The provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time with future effect.
